Problems Accessing PayPal? We are sorry for the inconvenience.

If you are having problems accessing PayPal you may need to adjust your browser’s privacy settings. Some people have also found it necessary to disable the browser Pop-Up Blocker.

For Internet Explorer, go to Tools>Internet Options, click the Privacy tab at the top. Adjust the setting to Low, and uncheck, “Turn on Pop-up Blocker”. Then go back to the Phoenix DAMA Membership or DAMA Day page and click again on the PayPal button.

Once you’ve completed the PayPal transaction you should adjust this Privacy setting back to what it was.
